Gen Con Actual Play and Backerkit

Hi friends,

A quick update for you today: The BLACKBIRDS RPG Backerkit will be ready early next week! We will notify you when it is, for your chance to order your early BLACKBIRDS RPG items if you missed the Kickstarter, or Add-ons if you are already a backer.

Surveys will be going out around October 26.

And in the meantime, embark on a BLACKBIRDS RPG adventure with the recording of our Actual Play on Gen Con Online’s Main Stage, now available and featuring Fateweaver Joseph Limbaugh and the fantastic cast of Vana, Mark Meer, Sam de Leve, and Lissette Jean-Marie:

 Hi friends,

Can you believe it? It’s the end of the BLACKBIRDS RPG Kickstarter! Although we have come to the end of the road, we would like to usher out one more thank you to everyone who has supported us these past 30 days. Thank you all for helping us bring our vision for BLACKBIRDS RPG to life. We had high hopes for this Kickstarter, and they were followed by an even greater turnout—one that we could not have imagined.

We would like to thank our wonderful partners for all the breathtaking items they have crafted for this campaign as well. Huge shout-out to DEATH SAVES, Norse Foundry, Dog Might Games, and Campaign Coins!

We end our Kickstarter on a superbly high note—with over $154,000 in support and more than 1,450 backers, we are humbled by the amount of people who believe in BLACKBIRDS RPG. We hope to hear about your invigorating adventures, epic quests, and simply the fun you have with your teammates in the future!

More Surprises for Backers!

Hi friends,

As we continue towards the end of the BLACKBIRDS RPG Kickstarter, we present to you another surprise:

UNLOCKED: Grimoire Oversized Servant of the Gods Book

All SOTG pledges and up will receive their hardcover book upgraded to a 9.25” x 12” grimoire size with a total of three ribbons at no additional cost! This gargantuan treasure is presented in a new and sleek leather collector’s box, also upgraded in size to 11” x 15”. A hefty treasure, topping 14 lbs, the box is lined with a matte black finish and featuring intricate foil accents, and holds the other items included at this pledge level (save the Tarot size cards, which are packed separately).

Player’s Pack pledges: The standard print edition of BLACKBIRDS RPG will also be upgraded to a total of three ribbons.

 Release: Highsalt maps! 

We are excited to announce that the map of Highsalt is now available as a brand-new Add-on! This intricately detailed map has been wondrously crafted in color and on high-quality canvas to reflect the magnificent landscape you’ll soon adventure in. Created by master artist Francesca Baerald, it will be a stunning visual centerpiece for all your adventures.

But that’s not all! As we approach the end of our campaign, we want to continue to show our backers how much we appreciate your commitment and support for us.

Super-Sized Canvas Maps

In appreciation of your engagement throughout our campaign, we are upgrading all canvas map sizes to 33” x 25.5” at no additional cost to you!
